Instead of resetting it is better to reinstall Windows 10 cleanly. It works like this:
Download the Media Creation Tool https://www.microsoft.com/...ndows10%20. You can use it to create a Windows 10 USB boot stick. For this you need an empty formatted stick.
Then boot the created stick and follow the instructions of the wizard. It offers the possibility to delete everything. One should do that. During the installation, the laptop will restart several times. Do not unplug the stick.
After the installation is complete, the last restart takes place. Then you can take the stick out. You do not have to enter the product key for activation because it is permanently integrated in the BIOS and is automatically adopted. Then Windows 10 will activate itself again automatically.
The last step is to go to the manufacturer's website for your laptop. Download and install the drivers there.
Now you have a clean, newly installed Windows 10. You should keep the stick in a safe place for emergencies.
