Batteries are always losing capacity, which is completely normal and no shortage, and I'm pretty sure that there's only 6 months warranty on batteries in Switzerland. Since a diminishing battery capacity is not a defect, the manufacturer is at 80% battery capacity, he should give a longer manufacturer's warranty on his battery because there's no shortage, this is normal wear.
