Can I play smoothly with the ls 19 laptop?

I would like to buy a laptop and then play ls 19 on it. I've found one now, but I'm not sure if it would run smoothly at all?!

The laptop has an AMD Ryzen 53500U 1.6 GHz (load frequency with turbo 3.4 GHz) 4 megabyte L3 processor with Vega 8 graphics

Maybe someone knows about it and can help me.
