I'm looking for a laptop that can be used in everyday life, costs a maximum of 520 euro, but with which you can also play.
I had now found one, here is the most important equipment:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700U
Radeon RX Vega 10
16 GB RAM (but only one source, i.e. No dual channel)
256 GB SSD
… I don't think the rest is really important for my questions
Now I wanted to know your opinion if you can use the laptop:
1) Minecraft can also play smoothly with larger mod packages (e.g. Skyfactory 3) (30 FPS at least)
2) Minecraft with shaders (if yes, which ones) can play smoothly (30 FPS at least)
3) What else can you play smoothly with it
Above all, answers to questions 1) and 2) would be important to me, but if you just have some time, you are welcome to give an assessment of question 3).
So I personally can hardly imagine that for this budget you will find a device where you can play Minecraft smoothly. The budget would almost have to be doubled for you to be able to play that. You need a gaming laptop with good performance if you really want to play Minecraft now
What would you do with the components described? Is that enough for the things in the questions?
Minecraft with modpacks works, shaders certainly too. The SEUS shader is very demanding, such shaders may not run smoothly.
So with these points, you could already play a few games. But I would be a bit skeptical about Minecraft.
Okay, I thought that demanding shaders would not work with the GPU, but lite or medium shaders are completely sufficient for me.
How complex do you think the Modpacks can be?
Okay, thanks for your opinion.
Very very happy
So with 16GB a lot is possible, but I can't exactly define it.
Okay, then I also thank you for your help.
FullHD would not be bad.
And with the basic data did you find one for 520 euro?
Then I'll take one too, please give me a link
Few have 16GB as a base, more likely 8GB
You can play Minecraft on any toaster
