Laptop usb no longer works after update?

I updated my old laptop from windows 7 to windows 10 and when i connect my mouse it just doesn't work

The mouse is probably no longer compatible. Does everything else work?

Connect the mouse and restart the laptop, ie: select "Restart" in the switch-off menu.

Has unfortunately brought nothing

So 08/15 mice always go. Look in the device manager whether everything is clean or whether errors are displayed.

Have all Win updates been carried out after the Win10 upgrade? - See under: Settings> Update and security> Windows update.

Have you tried another mouse yet?
