There seems to be some compatibility issues with my Motorola Moto X4 mobile phone via USB-C to USB-C on my MSI GB72 8RD laptop.
Here's what I've already tried:
Have already tried some drivers to install, unfortunately without success.
Nothing is displayed in the device manager.
However, mobile phone is easily detected if it is in the USB 3.0 input.
At work, I tested the same phone with the same cable, because it works fine (USB-C to USB-C).
So another device on the USB-C port works fine on the laptop, (it's also a cell phone). It was connected with the same cable.
Almost nothing works, if the phone is connected via USB-C to USB-C to my laptop.
Can I do something myself?
Let's see if there's a pc application for Motorola huawei eg the hisuite samsung has samsung gravel but believe that they have already been replaced and sony also has some application you have to see if there's also such an application for Motorola have this mostly the drivers for the Motorola devices then you do not have to search for drivers for your device but only this application
I looked today, unfortunately found nothing except the Motorola Device Manager, unfortunately without success. Thanks anyway!
Have also contacted the MSI and Motorola customer service. Unfortunately, their suggestions did not help me…
