After starting Safe Mode and returning to normal startup, my mouse and keyboard on the laptop stopped working. What do I have to do to make them work again?
(I've already restarted, an external mouse already hung on it, which did not work)
Sounds like a USB driver. Do mouse / keyboard work in the BIOS?
Try an older backup of your safe mode, possibly reinstall drivers!

Then I would reinstall the driver for USB. Do you still have PS2 mouse / keyboard? Otherwise, a bootable setup CD is included with the PC - then install the USB drivers from it. If not possible, try recovery or reinstall Windows.
