How deep should tabletop be?

I have to buy a new desktop and wonder how deep it should be so that my eyes are far enough away from the screen.
The screen has a diagonal of 62cm (24 inches).

How deep should the table top be?
And what length would you choose, so that you can do typical office work well (telephone should have space, docking station with laptop, screen, keyboard, speakers, documents, etc.)

The distance to the display you can calculate with about 50-60 cm at 24 inches and FullHD at WQHD would have to be closer. But even here it depends on your own feelings. I like to sit so far away that I just can't recognize the pixel grid. This is how my monitor works the sharpest.

My BS is about 70 cm away from my eyes. So I look exactly at the BS center in 35 cm height above the desk. BS has 27 inches.

Hope to have "ironed out" my mistake.
