Computer strange?

I just wanted to go to YT but it said: "We just received a lot of inquiries from your network and…" something like that and then I had to fill out the chapta.

When I wanted to check google what the message on YT means, everything was in Arabic or so I think…

Then I immediately restarted the laptop because I thought that someone from abroad was doing something in between, e.g. Intercepting data. Now everything is back to normal…

I have windows…

What was that?

I've had that once, but now it didn't seem like a bad thing. Never happened again.
