Broken laptop? - 6

I have a laptop that is a bit older, but I don't know the exact model. My laptop just turned off and I turned it on again, but when I started it came a menu where I should select the operating system. When I click on Windows 10 it switches off and on again and then this menu comes up again that I should select the operating system and I left it off for a while and try again, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone have any advice on what I could do? (sorry for the spelling, I'm not that good in German)
