Get a new Fritz soon! Box. What do I have to enter on the laptop then

for the phone and the internet to work?

Can't do anything with it.

Must write "fritz.box" in the address bar in your browser. Then comes a window where you have to log in. Now you can set up the new Fritzbox in the Fritzbox Control Panel.

You can set everything via the web interface. You have access data from your provider that you have to enter.
