Good and affordable tablet or notebook?

Hi! I would like to buy a tablet (preferably with a pen and keyboard) or a notebook for school or soon for studying. However, I have no idea what to look for. I would only need it for Word, Power Point, Excel, Internet and emails. So it's really only for recording and learning. It shouldn't be too big and heavy, so you can take it with you without any problems. And it shouldn't be too expensive…

What would your budget be? The above functions are performed by every laptop on the market.
