Laptop dark - broken?

Laptop is dark when starting. I've already pressed the shift key. The laptop remains dark anyway. What else can you do? Is the laptop broken or could it be taken to a professional?

You could click on a previous restore point and it might work.

when switching on press the Windows symbol.

there's also something with not starting in full mode. Maybe someone knows the answer in addition

How do you do that when the screen stays black?

Look in the control panel, "This P.C." Search "restore point"
