So I have a normal Windows notebook and want to play games on steam etc., but my performance is too low so how do you get it higher? Can I buy a newer version or how does it work? Btw I have no money for a PC!

I assume that your laptop probably cost a few euro. For a cheap price you should be happy that you have a laptop at all.

You probably won't get around there. If you want to play performance-eating games, you also have to be able to spend money.
