250 or 500gb SSD or is it not worth it?

I'm planning to buy an SSD soon this SSD will be in my notebook. The notebook has an Intel Core I7 quad core, 8gb ddr3 memory and a 1TB hard drive. I have a budget of 60 euro and have a little eye on the Intenso Hard Drive. I can buy this Intenso hard drive in my budget in the variant of the 250 or 500 gb Sata 2.5 "or M.2. I mainly use my notebook to play GTA V or other games, because I'm amazed at the memory-eating games whether 250 gb is enough or is it not worth the specs?

The more SSD storage the better. You can never have enough of it. Does your laptop also have a connection for m.2? Otherwise you'd better get a Sata 2.5

Ma

Hmm difficult, if you want to clap all your games onto the SSD (which then start faster, etc.), then a 500 GB, otherwise 250 GB. If an M.2 SSD fits into your notebook, then one that is usually better.

Gu

I don't know I just looked at how the HDD looks like I think I have a Sata HDD if it is correct

ha

First, find out if you have space for an M.2 SSD at all.

In general, it is advisable to always buy twice the storage volume than you are planning. BECAUSE: The SSD usually holds. Several years & games and programs grow bigger over time. So that you don't have to upgrade again soon, invest more now. 1x500GB is cheaper than 2x250GB.

The jump from price is larger at 250GB than at 500GB. (e.g. 250GB = 50 euro, 500GB = 75 euro)

Eg

Is completely ok, enough for everyday use, and 6 games THICKNESS

Bo

Then get a Sata 2.5 ssd.

Gu

Do you mean now as big as GTA V (80gb)

Gu

I don't have that big games just GTA V and the must have steam games like CSGO, half life etc

Eg

I have an evo 860 in size and various current games on it

I don't need more than 4 different games and the games have between 20 and 120GB

Gu

I was looking for this answer thanks

Eg

You will love the patriot!

Bo

Gladly:-)

If you look at the price difference between the 256 and 512. I would rather take the 512er.
