I ordered a laptop from Saturn three days ago and decided to pick it up at the store. When I ordered the laptop, the website said that I could pick it up on Wednesday, but I still haven't received an email to pick it up.
I know that I probably sound impatient right now and things like this can be delayed, but I chose to pick it up in the market because it should supposedly be faster than delivery to my home and I definitely need this laptop before school for me starts again next week. Firstly, I have to work on it, and secondly, after the holidays, I probably just won't have time to go into town and get the device.
Now I wanted to ask if it's too early to call this afternoon if nothing has come by then.

I would call and ask what it can be that you do not get a collection confirmation and whether the ordered item is already there.
