Good morning / day / evening to everyone
I have a big problem and some questions about my situation.
On March 28, 2019 I bought a new laptop for financing and am actually paying a total of 2200 euro in monthly installments.
The only problem is that since I have not made any payments recently and have left several reminders unanswered, my credit is unfortunately canceled.
My net income is around 800 euro.
My questions are:
Is it possible to make an agreement by email so that I don't have to pay the 2,447.37 euro immediately?
Do I have to go to court if I have not paid the entire claim in 7 days?
Will the costs be higher if I don't pay immediately, so will I get several reminders?
What is meant by "judicial measures"?
Will the cancellation of the loan affect my Schufa entry?
Will the collection report back by email or by post if I send an email to the collection agency?
Will the debt collection not report back until Monday?
Will the debt collection turn a blind eye and let me repay the total claim in installments?
I would be very happy to receive many helpful answers.
Oh man, Mr. Loehndorf! You have never paid a single cent (it says there) and have not responded to their letters / offers. You have not used any form of collaboration and assistance.
Yes, you will have to pay. If you can't do that, they'll get the plasticine. All of this is no longer cheaper - on the contrary. And yes: the Schufa will of course be informed.
I had actually always paid so far, but not for a few months because I had other expenses that I would rather not mention now.
Boy, here you put your most personal and private data online for everyone to see. With your username and the fact that you have not made your family name anonymous, everyone who is reasonably normal thinks they can identify you.
You can also assign the contract number based on the purpose…
Edit: Since I had reported your post and the moderation has released it, I would rather recommend TE to have the post deleted or to remove the picture. In your own interest.
"The only problem is that since I haven't made any payments recently and left several reminders unanswered, my credit is unfortunately canceled."
So you had several chances to take care of it and call there to clarify it. Before something like this happens, some time goes into the country…
Is it possible to make an agreement by email so that I don't have to pay the 2,447.37 euro immediately?
-> The train has left, it is already too late after the loan is canceled. An agreement can no longer be made
Do I have to go to court if I have not paid the entire claim in 7 days?
-> Not immediately no, but that will be passed on to the debt collection and sooner or later it will happen
Will the costs be higher if I don't pay immediately, so will I get several reminders?
-> Yes, of course, or no more reminders. Then the collection company knocks on the door unkindly and you will be aware of how much additional costs this causes
What is meant by "judicial measures"?
-> Depending on… If there's a suspicion of fraud, there can be just one garnishment, bailiff etc. It could be anything
Will the cancellation of the loan affect my Schufa entry?
-> Yes, that should already have been reported to Schufa negatively. So negative entry: definitely
Will the collection report back by email or by post if I send an email to the collection agency?
-> We can't answer you, depending on the collection (as I said, the claim has not yet been submitted to a collection company)
Will the debt collection not report back until Monday?
-> Not at the weekend anyway and not immediately on Monday
Will the debt collection turn a blind eye and let me repay the total claim in installments?
-> this is not yet directly with the collection - so the claim has not yet been submitted. Rate rejection has failed with you, so what should they offer you there? You didn't react and now you have to pay for it. It is simply not a matter of turning a blind eye to a loan termination.
True, you haven't paid very much yet. And nobody really cares about the other issues.
And to what extent is the bank interested? In theory, you could have called ahead of time and asked for deferral or lower rates. Instead, you decided to do nothing for months (!). What did you expect to happen there? That the bank says "yes man, no thing, don't have to pay anything)
As it sounds, you haven't paid any installment yet. Is that correct?
Yes, there could be a fraud trial. It looks like you never planned to pay anything.
the costs are clearly increasing. It says yes, 5% above base rate
clearly it comes to the Schufa, which is very negative. There will be no loan anywhere in the next few years.
The debt collection department will of course get in touch with you. It won't be on weekends anymore.
Do you want to pay at all?
Just as someone with a net income of 800 can come up with the idea of buying a PC for almost a quarter of their annual salary (plus interest), you have to understand that first.
Pay off a PC for 3 years
Completely crazy.
Will the cancellation of the loan affect my Schufa entry?
You can safely assume that.
If you now make further payments - even after activating a collection, it is of fundamental importance that your payment is made with the single payment note on the main claim. Otherwise you will only satisfy collection or interest claims and your debts will not decrease.

Attention if you are presented with any installment payment agreements, for the creation of which you should then pay a considerable price.
In a nutshell - in your situation - you can't reach into a naked man's pocket (at the moment nothing is attachable to you), so please don't sign anything extra.
Convert your account to a P account to block foreseeable seizures. If only a monthly rate suggest you realistic! You can also pay.
