I have had a problem for some time and have not found a solution after researching it several times.
My problem: My Ö key no longer works immediately, but has to be held down until several Ö's come in a row. I've already got the hang of it, that only a maximum of 3 Ö's come but it still bothers me. I updated all keyboard drivers, connected another external keyboard to the laptop, which had the same problem and made Windows updates. There must be an error in the operating system, because I don't have the problem with the external keyboard on another PC with the same Windows version and it works excellent there. I'm grateful for any help ^^
You can simply remove the button - it is only stuck on it.
Arrange, clean and put the button back on. This is a mechanical problem on the keyboard and has nothing to do with the computer or the software!
Try this: Log in as another user and check whether the other user also has the error.
I've heard the problem repeatedly. Just never with the Ö key.
Try to read the question in more detail
A specific program or in general?
If only a certain program, the vllt reinstall.
Otherwise, if there's no suitable solution here, reinstall Windows, as a last resort, so to speak.
It applies to every program and the same error occurs in every program.
Yes, the test user I just created does not have the problem.
Then I'm afraid your solution is: Back up data, delete users with the key problem and create a new one.
At the time, I spent days trying to find a better solution and MS support participated in the attempt.
Okay thanks, I'll do the days!
