Have a look at the most popular CAD programs (Archicad, Allplan.). They indicate the technical requirements. I wouldn't buy a laptop but an Apple Book.

I would not buy a notebook, certainly not one from Apple, but an upgradeable desktop PC. Plus a decent 4k monitor.
