Laptop camera does not work, why?

Have Windows 10 and a 5 month old notebook, all drivers and Windows are up to date.

I've activated everything in Camera Privacy (just for the test), but the camera is not working. However, the blue light on the camera of the laptop lights up.

The Camera app of Windows always displays the attached picture. The camera does not work in other apps like Zoom.

Microfon goes though.

Is the hardware broken? Or you can do something somewhere to the settings?
With laptop delivery, the camera has worked. I tried it once.

Basically, it is always possible that your camera has a problem and therefore no longer works. However, what can be just as good and is often the case with laptops is that the camera is disabled or blocked in the BIOS. Just look in the BIOS and possibly activate the camera again.

Have camera uninstalled from the device manager and then rebooted system, then it works again.
