As I said, my laptop just made some strange noises and then just shut down. It probably wasn't from the fan or something like that, at least I heard it in the headset. It sounded like a whirring sound, similar to old TVs when you switch to a program that is not playing, if you know what I mean. That was about two seconds before he switched off. Meanwhile, there was also a still image and being hung up, mouse etc. No longer displayed at all. It can be started up again immediately afterwards and it worked again without any problems. Do you know what that could have been and what I should do now? Have a look, or see what happens first?
Have a look at the event display to see what is there at the time in question. That doesn't always give a conclusive solution, but sometimes there's actually something useful.
Thank you for your prompt reply. I'll do that right away when I'm back at the laptop later, let's see if something can be found ^^
There's nothing special in the event viewer. Only shows the startup shortly thereafter. The warnings still show the error 'Kernel Power 41', as if it had shut down normally because the battery was empty or the laptop reboots unexpectedly. Otherwise there's unfortunately nothing in it.
See if this helps you:

Thank you very much. I'm already at it. For the first of 33 drivers at a speed of 55 KB / sec, for whatever reason. Wish me luck: 'D
Didn't want to try simple options 2 and 3 first? I might not have a tool download the drivers. They deliberately do this slowly to convince you to buy the Pro version.
I'm now about halfway. Got nothing to do at the moment anyway, so what the heck. But for almost an hour I have been looking in my device manager for 'Generic software component', which will be called 'Intel (R) Management and Security Application Local Management' after the update and I just can't find it. Do you have any idea where I should look again? Seems like it's not there at all xd
This can be found at Intel. By the way, they have their own service that checks all Intel components
https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/treiber/intel-driver-update-utility/
and updated.
Intel is distributed everywhere with me, but if Intel nh has its own service, then of course I don't do the work xd Thanks again ^^
Have now tried the service from Intel and in contrast to Driver Easy with its approx. 20 updates from Intel, the service only shows me two. Should I then do the two at Intel and the others at Driver Easy?
I would first look at the updates offered by Driver Easy, but not install them yet. I would do that by hand. I don't quite trust such programs. They are good to find, rather less to execute. Often they also show outdated stuff or useless drivers.
OK. After all, the bug is not turned up again. As long as nothing happens, everything is fine first ^^
At least something.
