Remove Ubuntu for new operating system?

I want to install Windows 10, but I already have Ubuntu on my notebook. Do I have to remove this somehow, or how can I install Windows?

Simply install, then Linux is gone… But why don't you want Linux anymore…

Because I would like to have games that don't run on Linux. I will then download it again as a second operating system. Windows to play and Linux to work.
