Word file just disappeared?

I saved an important file, and when I wanted to reopen it later, it was not there. So I wanted to open on the 'last visited' on the laptop, there was the window really.

But now only the error message 'We were unable to find your file. Has it been moved, renamed or deleted? '.

You could search the whole hard drive / SSD / stick / whatever part of the filename or even a word from the file.
