Overclock notebook i7-8750?

I want to overclock my notebook i7-8750, can you please tell me how high I should overclock it? Should I clock it to 3.5 GHz? Or is it too high or too low?

You can't overclock the i7-8750H.

Neither this CPU nor the motherboard will allow overclocking, as with most laptops. Wouldn't make much sense either, since most laptops wouldn't be able to cool an overclocked processor.

You can't overclock the processor, the multiplier is locked.
