For a few days I have had the problem that I can only play minecraft modpacks (and also Vanilla Minecraft) on an FPS, I was able to play these modpacks with a pleasant 60FPS before, I also noticed that Minecraft does not use my Radeon RX550, but my Intel ( which is from the processor, play on a laptop). My launcher for the modpacks is CurseForge. I'm grateful for every helpful tip.
The Intel HD is to blame, this is a very weak igpu. You can deactivate it via the task manager.

Yes but i only have one FPS
Deactivate the igpu and restart the pc.
