How do I change the email address in the laptop profile?

I used my daughter's Microsoft account to set up my laptop. Shortly afterwards, I created my own Microsoft account, a family. Now my daughter's email address still appears on my laptop (under settings, next to the photo and under my name), although everything is now running through my account and my email address. How do I get this changed without having to set up the whole laptop again?
