SD card can't be ejected (Windows 10)?

I have already closed everything in the task manager that I can close, but I still get the message that it is still in use.

can I just restart my laptop while the sd card is still in it? I read that it can help

You can also just unplug it. That shouldn't do any harm.

SD rough is a mechanical problem. Has nothing to do with Pc on or off.
