Same model only one laptop has its own graphics card the other does not. 60-70 euro price difference. Is the surcharge worth it?
Nobody can say that.
A CPU with a graphics chip is probably installed beforehand.
The more expensive variant then has its own dedicated graphics card. You can't expect anything for 60/70 euro, but I don't think they just change the hardware price.
So it would be exciting: Which graphics card is then installed?
In any case, one can say: If you don't want to do anything that is graphically complex (games, graphic design, etc.), it's not worth it.
That depends on the graphics card and whether you benefit from one for your application.
If only you knew what it would be and what you use the laptop for.
