Bluetooth from laptop to pc?

I have a Surface with a built-in Bluetooth chip and a PC without Bluetooth. Now I want to play with my Amazon Game Controller on the PC (from the couch with 2/3 friends). I do not have a pact that does not work with the Bluetooth interface.
