Good photo collages app?

Hey Does anyone know of a good app for the laptop where you can create collages yourself, like the one in the picture?

A photo collage is usually made with scissors and pictures from magazines and journals.

There's certainly no 1-click solution for this. But you can cut out individual pictures by hand with a photo editing app like Picsart, save them as stickers and then make a collage out of them.
