VST Plug-INS on a new laptop?

I would like to move various VST plugins to my new laptop. However, when I try to do this, for example with the Pigments plug-in, I get the following message:

The specified path does not exist. How can I move such a plug-in to my new laptop without any problems?

I just copied the entire folder with all of the VST instruments. However, it is possible that individual VSTs pull their sound from some wildly distributed folders. In that case you have to copy the respective folder along with it. They are mostly in the program folder. At least with Windows
