Hi, I bought and downloaded Sims 4 some time ago.
You have to download Origin first and create an account where all games are saved. Everything worked, I entered the product code and was able to play.
Now my problem
I have a new laptop and now I wanted to download Sims again. I also signed in with my Origin account, where I downloaded Sims before. However, was Sims 4 removed from my games?! I then wanted to enter the product code again, but I can't. You can only use each code once.
I don't know why the game was removed from my game library? Are they automatically removed from his account after a period of inactivity?
