Downgrade new notebook from Win10 to Win 7?

If I buy a new notebook with Win 10, can I also downgrade to Win 7 or should I have had it before? It's hard to find Win 7 laptops and I like Wi n 7 much better. Is that possible? If yes how?

Delete everything and reinstall Windows 7. There's no other way.

At the latest by 2020 you will have to use Windows 10 because there will be no updates for Windows 7.

Downgrade is not possible, but on Ebay, Amazon, etc. Do you find a few Euro Keys to install and activate Win7
