Can you get the windows 10 edition for free?

I have minecraft pocked edition on my cellphone, ipad and want to have it on my laptop too, only the problem is that ey is too expensive I want to have it for free does someone know a possibility? (I want to answer yes more than answer no) oh and blue stacks is too slow so please don't suggest

You could get the Windows 10 Edition of Minecraft for free if you bought the Java / PC version, but the offer has long expired.
