For a few days now my laptop has been streaking when I scroll down. Firefox. Toshiba Satellite. The respective pages then no longer build correctly and are partially covered by black bars, which however do not fill the entire page. Can anyone give a tip?

You can set the refresh rate in the monitor settings under Windows. That happens in Hz.
