I'm using a laptop from Samsung, Windows 7. I can no longer scroll on the touchpad on the right, I haven't found anything on the Internet that could help me. I have already called up the device manager, but the driver is up-to-date and there's nothing else I can do there. How can I start scrolling again?
Get Windows 10.
If the touchpad doesn't work, it's probably just broken. Just try and see if scrolling works with a mouse with a mouse wheel. If that doesn't work, you could reinstall Windows.
I deactivated it somehow, but the pad is definitely not broken.
