I have had the problem for quite a while that my laptop, which I got in autumn 2019, simply does not open some apps or downloads or it is canceled. With whatsapp web, for example, the code does not load, Discord loads forever and if I want to download something from the Internet, I apparently no longer have Internet (but it is still displayed). However, an online game usually works relatively well. Is it the laptop or the internet? Everything else works pretty well, as I said.
