As mentioned above, I have a problem adding new devices to the WLan. After entering the password, the e.g. Mobile or laptop as normal with the WLan. I'm also notified that I'm successfully connected.
Pages like Facebook, Youtube work quite normally. For others like picture, kicker, etc. I suddenly hear that I have no internet connection. I get the following error message:
"They are offline
Try the following:
Turn off flight mode
Activate mobile data and Wi-Fi
Check signal at your location
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET "
It will be really strange for apps on the phone like Snapchat. Here I can send pictures and videos to some people as normal, but in others I'm offline and nothing is sent. I can't look at stories either.
With Whatsapp everything works normally, only the backups can't be secured in the WLan.
Does anyone know a solution to the problem?
I suspect a weak Internet connection, or It comes when transferring larger files often to Unterbechungen. With the help of a tool, such as "Wi-Fi Analyzer", you can check your signal strength and channel assignment. Often a bessee posirtionierung the router helps.
Signal strength is very good. There's unfortunately not synonymous, if I'm directly in front of the router
There's also the option with smartphones in the settings that apps may use the mobile data for Internet access in the event of a weak / missing wireless network. Check which apps this applies to.
Which smartphone? Which Android version?
Does another device work on the faulty side at the same time?
So have the new oneplus 6T with Android version 10.
Yeah, it works all devices in the network that are already deposited, with the newly added it does not work either. For example A newly added laptop has the same error message as my cellphone.
But when I connect the phone in a different network with friends, everything works as usual
But then the pages should still be loaded via the mobile data or not? And the problem is not just with the phone, laptops that are newly added have the same problem
Hm… Then try it here:

Thanks, I will try later.
But is not the problem with the router rather than the mobile phone? Because the Internet works on the phone, it's perfect everywhere else, just not for the sake of bunny.
Since the smartphone just outputs the error message, it will be more likely on the smartphone. Especially since all other devices work in time.
Of course you can also quickly restart the router. That never hurts.
