Problem with the Wi-Fi when adding new devices?

As mentioned above, I have a problem adding new devices to the WLan. After entering the password, the e.g. Mobile or laptop as normal with the WLan. I'm also notified that I'm successfully connected.

Pages like Facebook, Youtube work quite normally. For others like picture, kicker, etc. I suddenly hear that I have no internet connection. I get the following error message:

It will be really strange for apps on the phone like Snapchat. Here I can send pictures and videos to some people as normal, but in others I'm offline and nothing is sent. I can't look at stories either.

With Whatsapp everything works normally, only the backups can't be secured in the WLan.

Does anyone know a solution to the problem?
