The controller with which I was able to switch Bluetooth on and off has disappeared (so that used to be under Settings, no external controller or something).
All devices with which my laptop has already been connected show: "Bluetooth is deactivated." so I can't connect with them anymore.
I tried to run a troubleshooter and all I got was: "Device does not have Bluetooth. Bluetooth is not available on this device. Try adding the Bluetooth function to this computer using an external adapter."
The problem occurred after I click on "Remove device" under "Additional devices".
Didn't think anything about it, but that's the only explanation for the problem that I could think of. Everything used to go well and I didn't change anything else.
Didn't you make sure that your laptop was compatible with Bluetooth? Not every laptop still has Bluetooth.
To find out, you have to go to Device Manager. Everything there's in hardware is displayed. If you do not find a Bluetooth sign there, then your laptop has no interface or antenna for Bluetooth and this can therefore not be used.
I regularly connect to the laptop with my Bluetooth box or my headphones. The laptop definitely has Bluetooth.
But as I said, has not worked since I removed this device…
