Why is it that my data carrier on the laptop is always 100% full?

I can't really do anything with my laptop anymore. What can that mean?

You can hardly see anything in the picture, but something is going on in the background

Because Anitivirus can be thrown down, Windows Defender is enough.

When was the last time you defragmented and did a disk cleanup? How big is your Windows partition and what is the total size of the hard drive?

Ny

It is probably due to Windows Defender.

Ny

Try turning off Windows Defender. In my experience, this is this anti-malware service.

What nonsense…

A better picture might be helpful. Or scroll down further. There seems to be a program running that is using your disk to full capacity. Then quit the program and ideally deactivate it under Autostart, if it is not urgently needed.

Do you have an SSD or an HDD? What can also slow you down is when your hard drive is very full, i.e. There's hardly any free space left. You should be able to see that in Explorer.

Ga

I have an HDD, it is not full.

There's no program that takes full advantage of him.

Sorry, but I have to ask: Is that the top of the list or is there still room to scroll up?

And is full load also displayed under the "Performance" tab?

Ga

That is the upper end… The utilization fluctuates very strongly from 8 to over 70%, but only with very short-term "peak values"…

Fr

Do you happen to have crystal disk info on your laptop? Maybe the hard drive is running out?
