Laptop emits bright tones?

I have an important question: My laptop emits very bright tones as if a charging cable is broken (don't know if you know this sound) Does that mean that my laptop battery is broken? Have had the problem for 3 days (laptop is 5 days old)

PS: The charger is disconnected.

First analyze the error using the tones. Then call the manufacturer, the support. They tell you what to do.
