MacBook Pro 16 speaker bug in bass tones?

I bought the 16 inch MBP as a base model about 1 month ago. After a week I noticed that the loudspeakers produce a certain "crackling" in bass-heavy tones. I thought nothing more and let the device be exchanged. Now I get the new device and play exactly the same sound as on the old MBP and lo and behold that "crackling" is still there. From this I conclude that it can't be due to the hardware. Would be a huge coincidence…

Is anyone aware of this problem and how do you solve it? I only want to go without my laptop again for 14 days to replace it again.

Thank you in advance

Ok, that's really not normal. I would wait for a software update. Maybe that fixes the bug. Unfortunately, Apple no longer expects bug-free software. If a system update doesn't help, you have no choice but to call support first and if it still hasn't helped bringing the device to an open store.

I just updated to the latest Catalina and nothing has changed. For me, the question arises whether a return is sensible or nothing will happen anyway, because it is or could be a software error…

Have you already installed the latest Apple software update? MacOS 10.15.5 also offers fixes specifically for the 16 "MBP:
