I have self SSO and with me was also the same problem. Just restart your laptop. If that does not work, just wait. Sometimes they shut down certain servers due to overload or other reasons. In an emergency, you simply write to the support. You do it this way: Go to http://www.starstable.de, then log in, then go to "Help" in the top right corner and then "contact us".
