Smartphone wants to send data to a laptop?

My Samsung Galaxy Note apparently wants to connect to my business laptop all the time.

How can I turn this off?! It's extremely annoying because I can't do anything on the phone without it ringing and the display coming (see picture).

When I run it, the laptop says "pairing and sending".

What you have photographed there's nothing that you can send, but how it stands there settings for sending. That means either the whole thing has hung up or some setting does not fit.

That seems like an attitude. This window pops up every few seconds by itself. The only question is how to turn that off.

Already clear So some attitude doesn't fit, so look through what's wrong. Can't you find out that way? The elimination process. Everything off and then gradually try out every single point.
