Cheaper office laptop under 600 euro that can be sold again after half a year?

I need a laptop for my seminar work quickly, but I also want to buy a laptop for 4K video editing. Now that I have only a very limited budget, my idea was to buy a cheap laptop, write my seminar paper and sell the laptop again after half a year and then buy a better video editing laptop with more saved money. Does anyone have any good suggestions for a laptop that works well for office but can be resold for as much as possible after being used every six months?

So I was able to borrow a laptop from my university. Maybe you can do that at your university too?

I have already asked about that and unfortunately they are all in use because we're relatively weakly equipped
