Tomorrow will travel by plane. I have to bring a laptop, 4 memory cards and 1 hard disk memory module (in hand luggage). On it very important pictures and information are stored. They must not be damaged. If they pass through my carry-on through the X-ray apparatus during the check, could this damage my devices and the data on them? I know that strong magnetic fields can cause permanent damage to electronic equipment, but is there any risk with these X-ray apparatuses? If so, can anyone say that somehow they do not have to let my device and memory modules through?
Nothing happens. Otherwise we would have already zig disk geschrotter. But that's not the case.
No backup, no pity…
Devices are so broken on trips or are stolen or lost.
Many thanks!

Sandisk promises that her SD cards are X-ray safe.
Happy 🙂
