Nova Custom laptop battery not charging?

My problem is that Windows always says "90% remaining (network operation)". I have now been sent a new charging cable, but the problem is still there.

That's ok if the management stops loading at 90%. The last 10% are known to be the most harmful when loading.

Thank you for your quick answer, but I would like the battery to be 100% because I travel a lot with my laptop.
