Why is the custom content not displayed (Sims 4)?

So I have a new laptop and have now downloaded Sims, everything works great too. Then I wanted to download custom content and the clothes, hair, etc. Also work well (are in the mods folder).

But the furniture and property go into the tray folder. I put them in there too, but they are not displayed in the game. The zip files are unzipped, I actually considered everything. 🤷🏼♀️

It worked on my old laptop and I actually know how it all works, but it just doesn't work now.

And yes, I have "Activate user-defined content and mods" and "Allow script modes" so it can't be that.

I added a picture of all the other folders under Sims4 in case it has to be in another folder.

Incidentally, I have a MacBook. At that time I had a Windows and they had to be in the tray folder. Maybe it's different on the MacBook.

Furniture and property do not go into the tray folder! They come as normal in the mod folder. Only downloaded Sims go into the tray folder. You can also tell from the long numbers.
