Microsoft Windows 10 laptop problem?

So folks, I'm trying to describe my problem as best I can:

Every time I turn my laptop down and then turn it back up, it "resets itself". I don't know if you can call it a reset, but my desktop is then "reset to default" and all my documents and pictures etc. Are deleted.

Fortunately, all my files are still in OS (C. / User: / myName. In other words, they are not really deleted.

The contents of the trash are the same as always.

My wish:

I would like NOT to have everything deleted after every boot up and I would like to set my data from OS (C. / User: / myName as the default.

I can't tell if it solves your problem.

There's a "DesktopOK" program with which you can save the desktop and when you restart it is displayed exactly as it was saved.
