Which processor for Sims 4?

Unfortunately, my PC recently gave up so I'm looking for a new one. I only need the PC to only play Sims 4 on it, it is not intended for other games. Since I have absolutely no knowledge of PCs, I wanted to ask if anyone here could recommend a PC to me. I was thinking about a price of 400 euro. I also know that it is comparatively very little. But the PC should only manage Sims 4 without having to watch a slide show, as I'm currently doing on the laptop.

Sims 4 is not really exhausting, but 400 euro is really not enough to get anything done

With an AMD Ryzen 3 - 2200g / 3200G including integrated Vega 8 graphics and 2 × 4 GB DDR4-2933 RAM, "Sims 4" should be smoothly playable on a PC on a budget with adjusted details and possibly reduced resolution.

The PC can of course be a bit more expensive, I just don't want a 800 euro PC if I only play Sims on it.

Thank you very much, I can do something with the components. Now at least I know where to look.

If I would suggest a Radeon RX580 in connection with a 5 2600 and 8GB RAM, you can choose the rest.

Then it is a little more expensive but lasts for a few years

For verification purposes, can you tell us which processor model and which graphics solution are in your current notebook?

The processor is an Intel Pentium (R) 1.60 GHz. The graphics card is Intel (R) HD Graphics.

However, I have to say that my notebook was very thirsty for coffee 2 years ago and that's why my game is jerky.

On a notebook with an Intel Pentium processor and a graphics unit known only as "Intel HD Graphics", you shouldn't be surprised when Sims 4 turns into a slide show.

"Intel HD" without additional identifier always means the weakest iGPU solution in every processor line from Intel.

Your notebook will therefore have only been designed as an office and surfing book from the start.
